FAQ

Answers to the Questions We Hear Most

Overview

Starting a new project can raise a lot of questions, especially if you have not worked with a PR, marketing, and design team before. Below are answers to the questions we hear most often. If something is not covered here, reach out directly, and we will be glad to help.

Services

What services does Sprint Media offer?

We offer public relations, marketing, and graphic design services, including PR strategy, media relations, press release development, digital PR, social media marketing, content marketing, brand awareness campaigns, marketing strategy, promotional campaigns, logo design, brand identity, and a range of print and digital design work. You can find a full breakdown on our PR & Marketing Services and Graphic Design Services pages.

Do I need to choose between PR, marketing, and design, or can I get all three?

You can work with us on one service or all three. Many clients start with one area and expand into others once they see how the pieces work together, but there is no requirement to bundle everything from the start.

Can services be customized to fit my business?

Yes. Every project starts with a conversation about your specific goals, and the services we recommend are built around that, not a fixed package.

Timelines

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary depending on the scope of the project. A logo design might take less time than a full brand identity system or an ongoing PR campaign. During your consultation, we will give you a realistic estimate based on what you need.

Can you work with a tight deadline?

In many cases, yes. Let us know your timeline during the consultation, and we will be upfront about whether it is realistic and what adjustments, if any, might be needed to meet it.

Revisions

How many rounds of revisions are included?

Revisions are discussed and agreed on at the start of each project, since the right number depends on the scope of the work. We build revision rounds into the process so you have room to give feedback before anything is finalized.

What if I am not happy with the direction after the first draft?

That is what the review stage is for. We want your feedback, and we will work with you to adjust the direction until the final product actually reflects your brand.

Consultations

What happens during a consultation?

We ask questions about your business, your goals, and what you are hoping to achieve with the project. It is a conversation, not a sales pitch, and it helps us understand whether and how we can help.

Is the consultation free?

Yes, the initial consultation does not cost anything. It is simply a chance for us to learn about your project and for you to learn more about how we work.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before booking a consultation?

Not at all. Many clients come to us with a general idea rather than a fully formed plan, and part of our job is helping you figure out the right direction.

Pricing

How much does a project cost?

Pricing depends on the scope of the project, the services involved, and your specific goals. Because every project is different, we do not publish fixed pricing. After your consultation, we will put together a proposal based on exactly what you need.

Do you offer packages, or is everything custom?

We build most projects around the client's specific needs rather than offering rigid packages, though some services may have a general starting structure. We will walk you through the options during your consultation.

Getting Started

How do I start working with Sprint Media?

Reach out through our Contact page or request a consultation directly. From there, we will schedule a time to talk about your business and your goals.

What should I prepare before our first conversation?

You do not need to prepare anything formal. It helps to have a general sense of what you are trying to achieve, but we will guide the conversation from there.

What happens after the consultation?

If it seems like a good fit, we will put together a proposal outlining the services, timeline, and next steps for your project. Once you approve it, we get started.

Still Have Questions?
